6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

7. Damaged Packages

If you receive a damaged package, please:

  1. Do not accept delivery if the packaging is visibly damaged.

  2. If already accepted, take photos/videos of the packaging and product.

  3. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [Care@packster.in] with your order details and images.

We’ll review the case and assist you with a replacement or refund, as applicable.


8. International Shipping

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

  • These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

  • Delivery time may vary due to customs clearance.
